You're On Notice!—11:56 PM
Delightful! One can make one's own Colbert Report On Notice board with a single click!
I saw this used on some blog a few days ago, but I just assumed the blogger had dummied it up himself. Turns out, he created it dynamically at http://shipbrook.com/onnotice/ – by far the most convincing in a long line of dynamic sign generators.
So – call me unoriginal if you must – I thought onebee needed an On Notice board, too.

I have to admit, I'm hopelessly addicted to this thing. All weekend long, I would stop at the laptop whenever I walked past and I couldn't leave again until I'd created another one.
The fun of it is, it's much more than generating a random list of ideas and phrases – behind each one, you're also inventing a vendetta, just like Colbert does on the show. That's the genius of it. It's easy to understand how Stephen's been wronged by Barbra Streisand or Michael Adams ... but, pant cuffs? The Toronto Raptors?
That's the giddy joy of assembling these things – imagining what the backstories might be. (And, sure, you could post random lists of eight items without the image, but somehow the image makes it much, much funnier.)
Plus, the site includes a "last 100" feature, so I'm secretly hoping I'll be discovered by trolling Report staffers and offered a writing job.
Get 'em, Stephen!

You're right, it's way too much fun.

Claymates, you've been warned, please don't become dead to me.
This is fun, potentially productivity-destroying fun.
