News! My offer was accepted today on a lovely little condominium in Ponte Vedra Beach. So, God (and mortgage brokers) willing, I'll be moving in a few weeks from now. Here's a picture of the view.

Gorgeous, isn't it? I'm excited! We'll have more pictures soon, but until it's all final I don't want to jinx it!
