A trusted source suggested a double feature with Assault on Precinct 13, and he wasn’t wrong! Hard-charging 1970s fisticuffs, hairstyles, and jawlines, both with a gritty edge—with one set of characters stuck in place and the other always on the move. The costumes are fantastic, and the pacing and editing are pretty strong. The acting is uneven at times, but it has its high points. Beck and the other Warriors often accomplish a lot with just a meaningful look.
