Utt’s energy is terrific, along with her interplay with co-writer and longtime creative partner Jen Tullock; all of the performances are rather good, in fact. The story is unique and thoughtfully observed, but man, the chaotic momentum barely ever lets up! I think the pacing could have really used a little breathing room, here and there.
