The script begins unevenly, almost unsure of how it wants to approach the story. Once it’s in the swing of things, it’s a really moving and sincere performance from Keaton—outside his usual wheelhouse, but of course he delivers the goods. And the interplay with Kunis is fantastic. I’d love to see her do more roles like this in better films.
