The reviews were unusually strong for this, and it’s a fun spoof in some ways, but not really above average. It’s mostly a series of skits for McCarthy to play different undercover personas, with most rehashing the same joke (her physicality doesn’t exactly scream “suave super-spy”), and never subtly.
