An excellent retrospective—sincere, fascinating, and laugh-out-loud funny. Expertly assembled, with all the great old clips and many insightful interviews. I was surprised to learn how close he was with Spielberg, and I loved Jon Stewart invoking the Flying Wallendas. What a perfect way to capture the madcap genius of Brooks’s approach to live comedy.
