The score is great, and the panoramic vistas and deep zooms are enticing. It’s fun to see Ford and Shaw in the same era as their more iconic roles, but inhabiting completely different characters. The plot is mostly satisfying, but it’s a shame the destruction gets so much screen time in the climax, because it's just not very convincing.
