It’s a stylized film, so expecting natural dialogue and toned-down action would be silly, but it’s well plotted and keeps the stakes up. It’s got a snappy Marvel feel while being its own thing. All the leads are great, but Evans in particular impresses, by playing a character role that’s completely against type, and nailing it. Very wise choice at this point in his career, and enjoyable, to boot!
