It runs into momentum issues at times, and it doesn’t necessarily exhibit the incisive comedy of Hacks, but the ensemble does great work and the script plays to the strengths of Bell and McKinnon. (Plus, you have to respect Paul W. Downs for writing a part for himself to make out with Scarlett Johansson.)
