Uses editing and composition wisely, and unfolds itself with expert precision. The savage violence is gratuitous and at times it becomes nothing but noise, but for the most part it feels earned in a way that so few movies like this do. Odenkirk is fantastic. I hope he’s back in good health soon, and continues to ride this late-career surge for a long time to come.
