I'm glad I didn't see this when it came out. I'd have had no patience for some of its wilder, more conceptual turns. Glazer’s work definitely reminds me a little of Tom Ford (in good ways and bad). The story here isn’t much to speak of, but it’s concise and well cast. Kingsley is an absolute spectacle, in a character unlike anything he’s ever done.
