Pitifully, laughably bad. I mean, Sarah Shahi you got no complaints, and Stallone has been around long enough to get through most scenes without embarrassing himself. But even pros can't make this goofy dialogue sounds as hard-boiled as it's meant to, and the rest of the cast delivers it with the subtle believability of a porn shoot. (Though, strangely, with more naked women.)
