Compelling historical profile, sadly unsure whether it wanted to be a character study or a conflict between businessman and brothers. I'd have gone with character (more Keaton) since the conflict was hard to illustrate for the first half, but I can see where the Weinsteins might've had a soft spot for the story of two brothers losing control of their family business to a conglomerate.
