Kendrick and Rockwell have unstoppable chemistry, and he (and Tim Roth) are charismatic as ever. All of which compensated for the script's misplaced confidence in its cast of dysfunctional underworld goons and their unnecessarily complicated infighting. Top shelf material? Not quite, but much more enjoyable than it might've been.
