Epic, preposterous destruction. Immense (and ultimately futile) military engagement. Overlong, fragmented story that only makes sense because you knew it beforehand. They've turned it from a human story into a Transformers movie with less-metal aliens. Amazing visuals and a fantastic cast (except Cavill, who's an insult to everything Christopher Reeve accomplished) can't make up for every single other decision being dead wrong. Such a disappointment.
