Considerably better than expected (not my initial expectations, which were high in anticipation of a Statham/Owen man-off, but better than the recalibrated expectations resulting from its total lack of buzz). Very smart setting it in the '80s: all the sheiks can drive top-of-the-line Mercedes for only the cost of a paint job and some Turtle Wax.
