Visually spectacular, and pretty fun from a story perspective, too. It's just a shame these live-action directors can't loosen the mo-cap reins a little and let animators make them look good. Particularly in the faces, much of this was wooden. It pains me to say it, but only Andy Serkis did a decent job.
