Hey! I always thought Time Bandits was a delightful absurdist romp. I agree that it's a little insulting to little people, but most of the movies that feature them are. I imagine that the actors are probably a little conflicted about that.

Absurd and rompy, sure, but delightful? It just sort of dragged on. Which made me think, fine, this is probably for kids, but then there's that horrific final 20 minutes or so – kind of like Brazil mashed up with Labyrinth – which left me confused but by that point too disinterested to care.
